Upon arrival, the room was cold, likely due to a window being left open, resulting in a musty odor that lingered. The main door had about a one-inch gap at the bottom, raising concerns about security and noise levels. Additionally, the bathroom lacked anti-slip features and grab bars in the shower, which could be a safety issue for some guests. The carpets were dirty, turning white socks black after walking around, which was quite disappointing.

However, we encountered an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. there were concerns about the jacuzzi wall and the shower door. It would have greatly improved our experience if those areas were better maintained.

i had an excellent stay at the hotel during my bike trip in wisconsin dells. the staff were incredibly attentive and the rooms were spotless, exceeding my expectations from my last visit. i especially enjoyed the cozy breakfast area with a variety of delicious options.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, an indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember how helpful the staff was on my first stay when I needed to print documents. I'm coming back for Easter!
